I'm looking to move in August 1st and I need a roommate!
This wonderful 3rd floor apartment is located at the corner of 22nd and Pleasant in the Whittier neighborhood of Uptown. This is an exterior photo, and you can see the rooftop deck in this image. There's also 1 offstreet parking spot and plenty of on-street parking.
This is when you first walk up the stairs. It's the living room, and there's a skylight and original wood. (This is not my furniture.) The ceilings in the entire place don't feel claustrophobic at all, compared to other attic suites.
This is to the left of the first photo, and through the window is the deck, complete with a view of the downtown skyline!

Rent is $540 per room + electricity, which is less than $30/month. This place is over 1000sq ft, and the bedrooms are spread apart from one another. The building is for sure early 1900s and it still holds its vintage charm.
